Vallila Corner is a modern office property complex located approximately 3 kilometers from downtown Helsinki, on the corner of Kuortaneenkatu and Elimäenkatu. Vallila Corner consists of two buildings, they are both owned by Areim and are being developed as a single office complex. The buildings were renovated in 2012–13, and Areim will continue renovating the site in 2020. In total, the buildings have a leasable area of approximately 15,000 square meters.
